Senior Vice President, Fund Governance & Oversight Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company is seeking an SVP for Fund Governance and Oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading governance and fiduciary oversight activities in connection with the company's role as a Directed Trustee of Collective Investment Trust and Fund(s). This includes maintaining effective oversight frameworks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that fund operations are in compliance with governing documents, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The role also involves overseeing fund governing documents, post-trade compliance, NAV oversight, and leading fund liquidation activities. Applicants must have senior leadership experience in collective investment trusts, fiduciary governance, asset servicing, fund operations, compliance, or a related financial services function. A strong knowledge of OCC Regulation 9 and related fiduciary requirements is essential, as is the ability to exercise sound judgment, lead complex cross-functional matters, and communicate effectively with senior management, clients, auditors, and regulators. The role requires a proactive individual who can partner with various stakeholders to maintain regulatory readiness and ensure effective governance.
