Vice President, Client Operations Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Operations to lead and enhance client processing and operational execution. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, accounts, and service requests; investigating and resolving exceptions and inquiries across financial workflows; and coordinating with internal teams to address complex issues. The role also supports client onboarding and account setup, maintains procedures and performance reporting, and contributes to process improvements. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate, timely service while upholding operational risk, compliance, and control requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and typically 7–12 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong client service, communication, and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and market cutoffs. Applicants should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and familiarity with audit and risk requirements. Knowledge of settlement cycles, market infrastructure, and standard messaging processes is desirable.
