Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

The Company is seeking a Cloud Identity Production Support Engineer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the lead engineer for the deployment, integration, and support of identity AI-driven solutions, with a focus on modernizing and optimizing IAM systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies with existing identity platforms and core infrastructure, architecting scalable and secure identity solutions, and driving innovation by evaluating emerging AI tools and methodologies. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of AI projects with the company's principles, mentoring technical teams, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a preference for professional certifications in relevant technologies. Extensive experience in identity and access management systems, including LDAP, SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms, is required. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and a strong background in core infrastructure components are essential. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to security and identity challenges, experience with AI frameworks and automation tools, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant certifications in IAM, cloud, or AI are a plus.
