Vice President, Business Process Manager Greater Plano, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Process Manager to join their Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Relationship Management team, acting as a vital link between various functions including service, operations, product, controls, and advisor-facing teams. This role is pivotal in strengthening operational partnerships, managing product demand, and driving the resolution of issues that impact both the advisor and client experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong operator and relationship manager, capable of navigating complex processes, identifying and addressing operational pain points, and translating feedback into actionable themes. Key responsibilities for this position include owning relationships with key operations partners, managing the service organization's product book of work, and analyzing feedback to identify and address service challenges. The role requires a candidate with strong process management skills, a proven track record in issue resolution, and the ability to build credibility across different functions and leadership levels. A risk and control mindset, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. While not mandatory, experience in wealth management, financial services, or related environments is preferred. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple initiatives, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to communicate complex topics effectively.
