Vice President of Development & Board Operations Greater Portland, OR Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Development & Board Operations to strengthen fundraising systems and support effective board engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing donor data and CRM operations, tracking fundraising progress, preparing reports and forecasts, and coordinating development processes and calendars. The role also manages board meeting logistics, materials, recruitment support, onboarding, and engagement tracking. Additional duties include supporting executive priorities, coordinating stakeholder engagement and cross-functional projects, and providing operational support for events. Candidates should have 7–10 years of nonprofit development and fundraising experience, advanced CRM and database skills, and experience managing donor data, fundraising pipelines, and reporting dashboards. Strong project management, organization, prioritization, written communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with experience coordinating board operations and engagement. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to accurate work are essential. Experience in youth development, fundraising campaigns, grant coordination, nonprofit communications, or board engagement planning is preferred.
