The Company is seeking a Head of IT Global Strategy and Delivery to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating in close alignment with the client office, acting as a key architect of global IT sourcing strategy, and ensuring consistency, scalability, and risk control. This role involves contributing to and executing multi-regional IT shoring and sourcing in line with group strategy, as well as designing and managing sustainable sourcing models. The Head of IT will also lead and manage the local IT workforce, ensuring operational accountability for IT services and deliveries. Applicants must hold an advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, and have a proven track record in senior executive IT management within complex, fast-paced environments. The role requires strong leadership skills, particularly in large-scale sourcing and offshoring programs, and a deep understanding of insurance value chains and regulatory constraints. The ideal candidate will have exceptional navigation skills in complex stakeholder ecosystems, the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, and a strong delivery mindset. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with French being a plus, and the ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross-functional environment is essential.
