The Company is seeking an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to join their team. This intermediate-level position is pivotal in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, in close coordination with the Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including conducting feasibility studies, IT planning, and risk technology, as well as monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process. In addition, the role involves providing user and operational support, utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex issues, and recommending and developing security measures to ensure the functionality of the systems. Applicants should have 8-11 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in systems analysis and programming of software applications. The role requires the ability to manage and implement successful projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, and the candidate should be adept at consulting and project management techniques. The position also demands the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, act as a subject matter expert, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making evaluative judgments, and be capable of providing guidance to junior analysts.
