The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value analytics and automation solutions that enhance decision-making, strengthen controls, and improve the efficiency of audit execution. This role involves turning complex data into trusted, accessible datasets, and scalable solutions, as well as engineering reliable data pipelines, automating processes, and creating compelling visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering or analytics, with a focus on using large datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President - Analytics and Automation Specialist include leading end-to-end automation solutions, modernizing management reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, high-impact analytics solutions. The role requires advanced skills in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI, as well as experience in automating solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, and Power Automate. A background in financial services and/or risk and control is preferred. The candidate should be curious, analytical, and delivery-focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to influence across teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills are also essential.
