The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Lead Business Analyst, and IT Application Owner to join their global technology group. The successful candidate will be part of the HR-IT technology landscape, specifically working in the Talent Value Stream, and will serve as the Lead Architect for this value stream, embracing an Agile philosophy. Key responsibilities include acting as the Lead Business Functional Analyst and application owner for learning technologies, undertaking detailed business analysis, and being the point of Subject Matter Expert knowledge for HR business processes. The role also involves identifying dependencies between software product components, technical components, and applications, as well as creating and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the business and technology teams. Applicants should have a good understanding of HR business processes, technology data flows, and dependencies, with experience in learning technologies. The role requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, self-manage a book of work, and ensure clear transparency in communication. Experience in Agile SDLC methodologies, risk management, and governance processes is essential, as is the ability to apply critical business analysis techniques and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of professional experience and be adept at keeping pace with technical innovation. Responsibilities also include supporting project management activities, capacity management, and managing vendor relationships for third-party HR IT applications.
