Associate Vice President, Process Data Engineer Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Process Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust governance frameworks for data and records across its global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these frameworks are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as for monitoring data quality, and compliance, and addressing any associated risks. A key aspect of the role is the development and implementation of both a records management program and a data governance strategy that align with the company's overall data management strategy and business objectives. The role also involves providing group-wide guidance and training on data and records management standard requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL tooling, and delivering visualization tools and reporting solutions. Experience with requirements documentation, clear communication, and the ability to work independently with stakeholders is essential. Desirable skills include cloud data engineering experience, strong SQL and data modeling capability, hands-on experience with Python, PySpark/Apache Spark, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline, as well as exposure to process modeling tools and methods.
