The Company is seeking a Senior Business and Functional Analyst, AVP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the core banking application in the areas of requirement analysis, user story definition, UAT test management, and functional testing activities. This role requires the ability to operate at a squad level, providing oversight of the quality of deliverables, and analyzing and testing new features with a business-focused approach. The Senior BFA will also be involved in analyzing complex business flows, implementing test automation scripts, and ensuring that the business outcomes are fit for purpose. A key aspect of the role is to work in a challenging environment, committed to results, and to maintain a highly collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in functional testing and requirement analysis of core banking business flows, with a strong domain expertise in wealth management portfolio. The role demands a good knowledge of various business domains, including payments, portfolio management, equity, fixed income, funds, FX, MM, alternative investments, derivatives, and structured products. Experience with Agile team management tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with distributed teams are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while ensuring the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
