The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Cloud Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will be the senior technical authority across all cloud infrastructure operations towers, providing support for complex, high-severity incidents, and driving the remediation of systemic risks. A key responsibility is to lead the delivery of automation initiatives to enhance engineering excellence, promote infrastructure as code, and embed automation into business-as-usual operations. The CTO will also be instrumental in driving service resilience improvements, defining operational standards, and leading incident support and troubleshooting, particularly for complex cross-platform issues. This role requires a leader who can collaborate and influence technical direction, act as a technical escalation point, and ensure the adoption of best practices across the teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, with expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, and a proven track record in driving operational and platform improvements.
