Applicants must have 12-15 years' of relevant experience in an apps development or systems analysis role, with a strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, design patterns, and web application development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with microservices, DB SQL, and BPM tools is essential, while an understanding of cloud technology and UI frameworks like Angular and React is a plus.
