The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions, including those based on generative AI, large language models, and agentic frameworks. This role involves designing and implementing AI systems with a focus on reliability, resiliency, and integration into business processes. The VP will also be involved in full-stack, data, and cloud engineering, leading the development of modern front-end and back-end services, and building data and analytics solutions. A key aspect of the position is the application of machine learning and financial analytics, requiring a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and performance and risk measures. Applicants must have extensive hands-on software engineering experience, deep expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript, and strong skills in Python or Java. Experience with AI and generative AI solutions, as well as a solid grounding in machine learning and analytical modeling, is essential. The role demands a strong engineering mindset, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
