The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end transition and transformation programs for global insurance clients, ensuring a seamless integration of processes, people, and technology into steady-state operations. This role demands ownership of multi-workstream delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, reporting, and risk management. The Senior Director will lead complex transitions across various workstreams, create and manage project plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet contractual commitments. Strong client-facing leadership with senior stakeholders is essential, and experience in insurance operations transition is strongly preferred. Applicants must have 10-14+ years' of project or transition management experience, with a proven track record in delivering multi-workstream transitions in global operations. Exposure to F&A transitions is beneficial, and certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred. The role requires the ability to manage global, distributed teams and strong commercial, financial, and contractual management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and proactively escalating and mitigating risks and issues. The Senior Director will also be responsible for driving a smooth handover from transition to steady-state operations and ensuring contract adherence through effective scope and change control.
