The role also involves leading the changes and fixes for the core application, coordinating with satellite systems and interfaces, and supporting the implementation of new products as required by the business. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within the financial services industry is required. The role demands a solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale business transformation programs, be adept at leveraging AI tools, and possess exceptional communication skills. Business-fluent English is essential, and German is a plus.
