Vice President, ServiceNow Architecture Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for ServiceNow Architecture and Transformation. This senior technology leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the enterprise ServiceNow strategy, architecture, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business, technology, operational, security, and compliance objectives, and for establishing ServiceNow as an enterprise strategic platform. Key responsibilities include driving platform adoption, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, as well as providing executive oversight of the ServiceNow enterprise architecture and solution design. The role also involves leading architecture decisions across various ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring that solutions are resilient, secure, maintainable, and upgradeable. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in technology, enterprise architecture, IT transformation, or platform leadership, with a strong background in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations. Deep experience across multiple ServiceNow product families, strong enterprise architecture and integration experience, and a solid understanding of ITIL, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, security, governance, and enterprise technology operating models are essential. The role requires experience in managing global teams, strategic partners, and complex transformation programs, as well as a proven track record of working with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders. Leadership competencies in areas such as digital transformation, executive communication, and change management are also necessary.
