Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations Change Management

The Company is seeking a Director, SVP of Enterprise Operations Change Management to lead the change management capability within enterprise operations enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and sustainability of operational, technology, regulatory, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of change management professionals, defining engagement models, and developing capability roadmaps aligned with enterprise operations objectives. The Director will also be a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving the adoption of strategic change initiatives. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 9 years in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines. A strong background in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives and experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills, who can partner with senior leaders and influence across multiple organizational levels. The Director will be expected to champion enterprise change management methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices. A Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation and experience in human-centered design are also desirable.
