The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Forward Deployment Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture, strategy, and delivery of flagship systems across various service and enterprise platforms. This role demands a focus on ensuring scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading enterprise and custom onboarding services, establishing integration practices, and governing quality assurance to maintain platform performance. A key aspect of the position is to partner with SRE and DevOps teams to enhance incident management, operational readiness, and capacity planning. The role requires the definition and advancement of production AI engineering practices, as well as the development of technology roadmaps to support business priorities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in data, analytics, cloud, technology, platform engineering, AI, or digital transformation. A strong background in people leadership, enterprise technology initiatives, and transformation strategies within large, complex, or highly regulated organizations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading modernization initiatives and partnering with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business goals. Advanced knowledge in AI engineering, cloud technology, and programming is required, along with exceptional communication and influence skills. A background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
