Provost

The Company is seeking a Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs to serve as its chief academic officer and a key partner in the institution's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative governance of the faculty, curriculum, and academic and co-curricular programs. This includes guiding faculty development, promoting scholarly achievement, and enhancing the student experience. The Provost will also oversee academic budgeting, international programs, and various academic support services. Key priorities for the role include managing institutional growth, strengthening faculty excellence, and leading through change while maintaining trust and stability. The ideal candidate for the Provost position at the company will have a terminal degree, be a full professor with tenure, and have a strong background in academic administration. They should be a champion of the liberal arts and capable of engaging the academic community in developing a clear vision. The role requires a leader who can strengthen shared governance, foster cross-campus collaboration, and position the institution for the future.
