Vice President, Provider Network Services, SMG

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Provider Network Services to play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a high-performing medical group. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a highly engaged physician and APP workforce, creating the necessary infrastructure for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-focused care, and fostering a unified culture aligned with the company's strategic goals. This includes developing and implementing a seamless onboarding process for new clinical partners, supporting physician and APP performance, and using data to monitor progress and identify growth opportunities. The role also involves working on physician compensation and benefits, quality and safety metrics, and evidence-based medicine initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in an integrated healthcare delivery system and a multi-specialty group practice plan is required, with a preference for those who have worked in an academic health system. The role demands strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
