The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Baltic North region, which includes Latvia and Estonia. The CFO will be a key member of the management team, responsible for finance management, legal and financial reporting, and ensuring the execution of strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive leader who can steer the business to meet or exceed sales, service market, and retail objectives, while also focusing on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or business administration, a minimum of 5 years' of strong financial management and leadership experience, and a background in sales and retail operations within the automotive industry. As the CFO, you will be expected to have a business and customer-oriented mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to network effectively. The role requires an individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, who is process-driven, proactive, and has a strong interest in digitalization and finance tools. The CFO will also be involved in coaching direct reports, creating cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence initiatives. A strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally, and a strong team player with a process-driven approach, will be well-suited to this position. The CFO will be based in either Tallinn or Riga and must be prepared for frequent travel within the region.
