The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its facilities. The CEO will be accountable for executing the growth strategy, direct P&L responsibility, and overall goal execution. This role is pivotal in championing clinical quality and patient safety, leading a high-performing facility team, and driving top-line growth through strong physician relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a zero patient harm culture, proactively collaborating with physicians, and leading the team in delivering excellent patient care. Additionally, the CEO will be tasked with driving organizational capability, leading operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical settings, particularly in ASC, outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare. Key responsibilities include leading the facility in clinical quality outcomes, volume growth, labor efficiencies, and operational excellence. The role also involves designing and executing strategic plans, maintaining strong physician relationships, and ensuring the facility's operations are in line with the company's mission, vision, and values.
