The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Community Life at Silverwood, a large master-planned community in Southern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the community life team, overseeing operations, governance, engagement, and program development. This role involves setting a clear direction for the team, building a strong community culture, and serving as a visible and trusted resource for residents and stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and implementing community-building initiatives, driving strategic and operational plans, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and stewardship in all community operations. Applicants should have 7-10 years' of experience in community-based organizations, community operations, governance, nonprofit management, or related fields, with a preference for those holding a CAI, CMCA, or PCAM designation and a college degree. The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of managing multiple operational priorities. Strong communication, relationship-building, and public-speaking skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable with the day-to-day issues of community management and is available to support community meetings and events outside of typical business hours.
