Vice President of FP&A & Investor Relations Greater Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Area

The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A and Investor Relations with a strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or strategic finance, particularly within the SaaS and Fintech industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company's FP&A and investor relations, serving as a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, Board, and leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional budgeting and reporting, requiring the VP to be a key player in translating performance into strategic decisions, challenging assumptions, and managing relationships with investors and stakeholders. The VP will also be tasked with building a scalable, AI-enabled FP&A function, leading annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts, and strengthening financial governance across the business. Applicants must have 12-15+ years of relevant experience, with a professional qualification such as an active CMA certification or CFA charter. A deep understanding of SaaS and Fintech industries, including recurring-revenue economics, retention, churn, and payments economics, is essential. The role demands a candidate with advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, BI, SQL, and finance automation, and a proven track record of using AI tools like Claude in finance. The VP will be expected to prepare and present financial materials to executive and investor audiences, evaluate strategic initiatives, and coordinate the capital-raise narrative. The ideal candidate will be adept at interrogating large financial datasets, identifying trends, and creating AI workflows for FP&A tasks.
