Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as its primary community-facing leader and strengthen community resilience. The role involves representing the organization, leading collaborative chapter planning, and aligning internal teams and external partners around shared goals. Responsibilities include supporting regional program and fundraising objectives, building strategic relationships with community leaders and elected officials, and developing the chapter board and volunteer leadership. The Executive Director will also use data and community input to identify service needs and coordinate community partnerships and response efforts. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively, build and steward community relationships, and support fundraising, volunteer engagement, and organizational planning. Established community connections are an advantage.
