The Executive Director will be tasked with creating and implementing strategic and operational plans, managing a significant annual operating budget, and ensuring that the organization's mission is aligned with equity principles. Community and industry engagement are also key aspects of the role, as the Executive Director will serve as the primary spokesperson and will be expected to build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders.
