Vice President of Operations Greater Rockford, IL Area

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the continuous improvement of safety, quality, customer relationships, productivity, and financial success at its Monroe, WI facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the plant in all operational aspects, including P&L management, and will work to enhance the performance of employees through leadership in education and training programs. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, and the ability to work with department managers to ensure the continual enhancement of operations. The VP of Operations will also be involved in maintaining and acquiring customers from an operational perspective, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
