Member of the Supervisory Board (RvC)

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board to oversee organizational policy and strategic direction, while serving as a constructive sounding board for executive leadership. The role includes monitoring continuity and sustainable development, advising on growth and organizational development, and contributing to governance and the organization’s ongoing development. The successful candidate will bring an independent perspective and foster open, constructive dialogue within the board. Candidates should have executive, entrepreneurial, or supervisory experience in medium-sized to large enterprises, with a track record of guiding growth and professionalization in project-driven organizations. Relevant sector affinity and experience in operational excellence, organizational development, and commercial decision-making in complex environments are important. Strong financial judgment—including the ability to assess project margins, cash flow, and risk—is required, along with strategic insight, organizational sensitivity, and the ability to challenge constructively. Experience in a supervisory board or similar oversight role is a strong advantage.
