The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with FDA regulations and GMP standards. Responsibilities include overseeing quality control from raw materials through finished products, managing laboratory operations and supplier qualification, and partnering with research and production teams to improve product consistency and safety. The role also leads audits, corrective actions, customer quality investigations, and regulatory inspections; mentors quality staff; and presents quality reports to senior management and regulatory bodies. The Chief Quality Officer will establish quality metrics and strategy and represent the organization in external engagements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and at least 15 years of quality assurance or control experience in the dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry, including five years in management. Required expertise includes FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, relevant ISO standards, supplement and pharmaceutical quality standards, and audit and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with quality management software and systems. A relevant master’s degree or quality certification is preferred, as are experience with continuous improvement, laboratory operations, external manufacturers, QMS implementation, automation, and digital transformation.
