Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on consumer-facing sports, media, entertainment, or high-growth consumer brands. The role requires a candidate with deep expertise in modern marketing, digital technology, social media, and e-commerce trends, and a demonstrated ability to significantly increase revenue and scale operations. The ideal candidate will have a community-centric mindset, a passion for engaging local stakeholders, and a proven ability to build lasting fan connections. Strong strategic and financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and a relentless drive to deliver results are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred. Connections to the Salt Lake City/Utah market are a plus.
