The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Clinical Services. The CCO will be responsible for ensuring that the clinical services provided by the company comply with all relevant regulations and standards. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain the quality and safety of patient care, as well as monitoring and auditing clinical practices to ensure compliance. The CCO will also be involved in training and educating staff on compliance issues and will serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies. Candidates for the CCO position must have a strong background in clinical services, with a focus on home health and hospice. A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' of clinical experience in a similar setting. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to pursue a clinical leadership career, demonstrate initiative, accountability, and ownership in their professional responsibilities, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The CCO will be expected to align with the company's core values and be committed to a culture of local leadership, ownership, accountability, and growth.
