Executive Director Greater San Antonio, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a strong background in early childhood education and business administration to lead its educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the school, including financial results, enrollment growth, educational excellence, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a leader who can make sound operational decisions, develop and implement business plans, and lead local marketing initiatives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning, as well as ensuring the implementation of curriculum and instructional standards. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and meet all state Director Licensing requirements. A minimum of 7-10 years' of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education, including 3-5 years' leading a licensed childcare center or school, is essential.
