The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their dynamic team. The CAO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for strategic and operational management of the company's facilities, as well as executive planning and support. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in project management, particularly in the areas of real estate development or executive-level organizational operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, long-term projects, and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The CAO will also be involved in the company's expansion and long-term planning, and must be committed to the mission of the organization and the communities it serves. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have at least 7 years' leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked at a senior team level and have experience engaging with a Board of Directors. The role demands a high level of financial literacy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to make executive-level decisions with a focus on the organization's strategic goals. A background in LGBTQ+ or marginalized communities, as well as a commitment to the values of the company, is highly desirable. The CAO will be expected to demonstrate a strong cultural commitment, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment, and to represent the company at various community and industry activities.
