Regional Vice President

Greater San Diego, CA Area (Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee the profitable operation of a significant portfolio of apartment communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and leasing performance of the properties, ensuring financial results meet the set goals, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role requires a leader with a strong background in multifamily management, particularly in both conventional and affordable housing, and experience in overseeing a large number of units. The RVP will also be involved in supervisory tasks, education and training, recruitment, and will play a key role in new business development for the region. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the multifamily management field, with a total of at least 7 years in the industry. A State of CA Real Estate License is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a large team, managing complex operational matters, and be adept at budgeting and financial reporting. Strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented approach, and the ability to proactively seek and report on new business opportunities are essential. The role also involves ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements, and the company's injury and illness prevention program, and maintaining an active real estate license.
