The Company is seeking a Regional Executive Director to oversee the strategic and operational leadership of multiple branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for all fiscal management, financial development, and the overall operation of the branches in line with established policies and standards. This role involves staff and volunteer management, supervision, program development, branch promotion, and quality assurance. The Regional Executive Director will also be tasked with leading the Annual Campaign, fostering a positive branch culture, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all branch activities. Applicants for the Regional Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in staff and volunteer management. The role requires a professional demeanor, proven leadership skills, and the ability to engage and motivate high-level volunteers and community leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, public speaking, and strategic planning abilities, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and goals of the organization. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing branch strategic plans, supervising and developing branch employees, and ensuring all staff meet certification requirements. The position demands a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to manage budgets, and a commitment to the values of the company.
