Vice President of Imaging Services Greater San Diego, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Imaging Services to provide executive leadership for the strategy, integration, governance, and performance of imaging services across hospital and ambulatory sites. The role oversees operations, staffing, budgets, access, and capacity, working through site leaders and in partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders. The successful candidate will advance an enterprise imaging strategy that supports clinical quality, patient access, physician alignment, technology innovation, efficiency, and financial performance. They will also lead system-wide governance and initiatives to coordinate and standardize imaging services. Candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in imaging or diagnostic services, including five or more years leading multi-site hospital and ambulatory imaging operations at the director level or above. A master’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include an ARRT or equivalent imaging credential, CRA certification, or FACHE designation. Experience with access and capacity management, centralized scheduling, capital planning, and opening imaging facilities is also valued.
