Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its security strategy and operating model across product and platform security, corporate security, detection and response, risk, and compliance. The role will establish risk-based priorities, policies, metrics, and decision-making processes, while partnering with engineering, product, legal, IT, and executive leaders to embed security throughout product development and operations. Responsibilities include overseeing vulnerability management, secure development, corporate systems security, incident readiness and response, audit readiness, and control effectiveness. The CISO will also build and lead multidisciplinary security teams, communicate material risks and trade-offs, and support customer security assurance needs. Candidates should bring senior security leadership experience overseeing a broad, enterprise-scale program, ideally at a high-growth technology or product organization. Strong technical expertise is required across application and product security, cloud and infrastructure, identity and access management, secure development, and vulnerability management. Applicants should have experience leading incident response, managing security risk and compliance, partnering with product and engineering teams, and building accountable teams. Excellent executive communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style are essential; experience securing AI systems or supporting regulated programs is an advantage.
