Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO readiness. The role partners with executive leadership on company strategy, resource allocation, forecasting, and investment decisions, while overseeing accounting operations, controls, audits, and investor reporting. The successful candidate will build and lead the finance team, partner with business leaders on performance and pricing, and develop scalable financial systems and processes. They will also use automation and modern technology to improve the speed and quality of finance operations. Candidates should have at least 18 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including significant time in a senior finance executive role, and a record of success at a high-growth B2B technology company. Strong knowledge of GAAP, SaaS financial metrics, financial controls, and audit processes is required, along with experience supporting late-stage growth or IPO preparation. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to lead distributed teams, and hands-on experience selecting and scaling financial systems. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.
