The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial and acquisition leadership within a complex, mission-driven organization. This role involves overseeing the company's financial stewardship, procurement and acquisition strategy, internal controls, and enterprise financial business operations. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement institutional strategy, ensure responsible resource allocation, and lead the modernization of business systems and operating practices. The CFO will also be a key advisor to the company's leadership, leading financial and acquisition policy development, and serving as a primary representative on financial and acquisition matters to external stakeholders. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, procurement, business systems, and organizational leadership, particularly in a large, complex, federally regulated environment. Senior-level leadership and management acumen, as well as a proven track record as a strategic thinker and problem solver, are essential. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of federal budget processes, contracting, and financial analysis, and experience in modernizing financial and business systems. A desire for an advanced degree, CPA or equivalent credentials, and experience with DOE and/or NNSA are also preferred.
