The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Controller to take the helm of its global controllership organization during a significant growth phase. This pivotal role involves setting the strategic vision and operating model for global controllership, leading and developing senior leaders, and owning the company's technical accounting positions under U.S. GAAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integrity, timeliness, and quality of external financial reporting, including SEC filings, and will drive the strategic vision for the internal control environment. A key aspect of the role is to lead major finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and the adoption of AI-enabled tools, to ensure the accounting function is modernized and scalable. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Controller position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a CPA and Big 4 public accounting background. The role requires deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, as well as a proven track record in leading transformational change within a controllership or accounting organization. Experience in building and leading large, distributed global teams, and a strong technical acumen to partner with IT and engineering on financial systems and automation, are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent executive presence, communication skills, and a history of effective cross-functional influence, particularly in partnership with legal, tax, FP&A, revenue, and corporate development teams. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus.
