Vice President, Enterprise Applications & Software Delivery

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Software Delivery to lead critical technology platforms and engineering capabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise applications, software development, integrations, quality engineering, production support, and the availability and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. The role will guide major implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives; manage vendor relationships, technology investments, and operational resilience; and develop managers and technical teams. The leader will also partner across technology functions to align architecture and delivery with business priorities, risk, and operational needs. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, software engineering, application delivery, or technology operations, including at least five years leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams. Required expertise includes highly available, transaction-intensive environments; application management and integration; quality engineering; production support; complex implementations; vendor management; and operational resilience and technology risk. Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with the ability to connect business priorities, technology strategy, and engineering execution. Financial-services technology experience is preferred, including familiarity with banking, payments, or comparable transaction-processing platforms.
