Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader with a strong background in finance and systems, particularly in the areas of process improvement and automation. This senior leadership role involves leading the finance and accounting functions, partnering with executive leadership to evaluate performance and support business decisions, and enhancing financial systems, workflows, and reporting. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for developing reliable WIP reporting, strengthening project cost and margin forecasting, and establishing scalable financial controls and processes. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have significant experience in finance and accounting leadership, with a preference for those with a background in construction or related project-based industries. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on leadership style, the ability to communicate financial results effectively, and a proven track record in improving financial processes through automation. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, and a CPA or MBA is a plus.
