Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for elevating talent, strengthening culture, and building the organizational capabilities necessary for the next stage of expansion. This executive leadership position demands a professional who can influence at the highest levels while remaining deeply engaged in HR activities and connected to the teams that contribute to the company's success. The role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, including talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, on/off-boarding, total rewards, and global HR operations. The VP of HR will also be a champion of the company's culture and ways of working, ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld across all locations. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 8-10+ years' of senior HR experience, with a proven track record of leading HR operations in a complex, global organization. A data-driven mindset, experience with HR analytics, and a background in optimizing HCM systems are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, leadership programs, workforce planning, recruitment, and total rewards strategy. Global HR experience, particularly in Europe, and a deep understanding of HR compliance and employee relations are also required. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, who is certified in HR assessment tools such as DiSC, Korn Ferry, and/or Hogan.
