The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Chief Operating Officer Administrative (VP/ECOO) to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the primary care and service line operations are in line with the organization's mission, strategic goals, and integrated group practice model. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, driving operational growth, and ensuring fiscal health. Key duties include developing and implementing operational strategies, enhancing clinical delivery models, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The VP/ECOO will also be accountable for compliance with various regulations and will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Applicants for the VP/ECOO position at the company should have a Master's degree in health administration, business, or a related professional field, with at least 8-10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare organization. A strong background in community-oriented ambulatory healthcare settings is essential, with a minimum of 5 years in such an environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in developing and implementing evidence-based clinical processes and care management protocols. Experience in operational leadership within a healthcare system and familiarity with metrics and analytics in value-based care environments are also necessary.
