Executive Director

The Company is seeking its inaugural Executive Director to lead the establishment of a non-denominational meditation hall, a vision rooted in the belief that a space for communal stillness and reflection can have a profound impact on individual and community well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning this vision into a reality, with a focus on leading a $14 million capital campaign, building and refining organizational systems, and fostering community relationships. This role demands a warm, experienced, and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in fundraising, the ability to build and lead a team, and a genuine respect for contemplative practices. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to define the organization's culture, and community presence, and to shape its future programming. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a startup mindset, be adept at moving between different engagement levels, and will be comfortable making decisions without a fixed playbook. They should be able to build warm, trusted relationships across various audiences and have a decisive yet collaborative leadership style. Responsibilities include capital campaign leadership, community engagement, organizational infrastructure development, team building, and shaping the business model for the meditation hall.
