General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to establish and lead its legal function. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor on legal, strategic, and operational matters, with a focus on building practical, scalable legal capabilities to support the organization's growth and transformation. Key responsibilities include serving as a legal and business advisor to the executive team, leading legal support for commercial agreements, and developing efficient contracting processes. The role also involves managing litigation, claims, and outside counsel relationships, as well as partnering with HR on workforce matters and developing governance, compliance, and legal entity management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and possess a broad legal leadership background across various areas. Experience in advising a complex organization, supporting transactions, and building legal processes is essential. The role requires a versatile legal executive with strong commercial judgment, the ability to manage risk effectively, and a practical, hands-on leadership style. While prior experience as a General Counsel is attractive, it is not mandatory. The General Counsel will have the opportunity to shape the legal function, work with senior leadership, and influence important decisions, all within a commercially focused and collaborative environment.
