Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel

The Company is in search of a Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel to join its esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on a variety of sophisticated commercial litigation matters, from initial strategy development to resolution, including trial. This role demands a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 10 years' experience in complex litigation, a strong background in commercial or business litigation, and a proven track record of managing cases through all stages of the litigation process. The Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel will be expected to work closely with clients, independently develop case strategies, and have the ability to handle multiple cases with competing deadlines. Applicants for the Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel position at the company should possess an active Washington State Bar membership and have significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
