The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in multi-location, multi-entity, or multi-state financial reporting and consolidations, and must be adept at connecting financial results to operational drivers. Experience in a decentralized service business, such as healthcare, hospitality, or property management, is highly valued. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance include owning the integrity and timeliness of financial information, developing management reports that link financial results to operational performance, and leading the budgeting and forecasting process. The role also involves establishing and maintaining internal controls, partnering with the executive team on financial decisions, and supporting the organization in its mission to serve residents and their families.
