The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial statements, leading the annual financial statement audits, and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls. This role demands a leader with a hands-on approach, capable of moving between the details and the big picture, and who can bring deep financial expertise to the table. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in budget-to-actual reporting, leading the annual budgeting process, and developing and maintaining a comprehensive long-term financial model. Strong leadership, influencing skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to address financial, operational, and compliance risks are essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of finance and accounting experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. An active CPA license is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Controller, Senior Controller, or senior finance leader, with experience in public company financial reporting and planning. Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting, and experience with both Big Four public accounting and fast-paced corporate environments is highly valued. The role requires a professional with a strong business acumen, the ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide work, and a commitment to driving financial discipline. Experience in financial services, securities markets, exchanges, or venture-backed technology companies is also preferred.
